Terms of Service

1.About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services of Waqas Nawaz Notes, owned by Muhammad Waqas Nawaz, Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan, through our WhatsApp number +92 308 6457272, the website waqasnawaz.org and any file or link we send you. By using our service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, please use our service with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2.Our service

• Study notes, important questions, guess papers, test series and updates for 9th, 10th, 1st Year and 2nd Year (Punjab Boards).
• Paid private WhatsApp study groups or communities for each class, valid for the session described when you join (normally until your last paper according to the board date sheet).
• Answers to study questions from our teacher, our chatbot or an AI assistant.

3.Fees and payment

• The fee for each class or product is shown in our WhatsApp menu before you pay.
• Pay only to the official Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account shown in our WhatsApp message, then send the payment screenshot in the same chat. We will never ask for your PIN, password or OTP.
• Access is given after a person verifies your payment. Fake, edited or reused screenshots are rejected and may lead to the number being blocked.

4.Refunds

Digital notes and group access are delivered immediately, so fees are generally non-refundable once access is given. If you paid twice by mistake, paid the wrong amount, or we could not provide the access you paid for, contact us and we will correct it or refund you.

5.Your responsibilities

• Use the group link and files only for your own study, from the WhatsApp number you registered with.
• Do not share, sell, forward or publish our paid links, notes or files. Shared links may be closed and access removed without refund.
• Be respectful in chats and groups: no spam, abuse, harassment or unlawful content.
• Provide true information (name, class, payment details).

6.Intellectual property

All notes, papers, videos, designs and texts created by Waqas Nawaz Notes are our property and protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study only.

7.Messages from us

By messaging us you agree to receive replies and service messages related to your request (for example your fee, your group link, or important updates for your class). Reply STOP at any time to stop automatic messages. We follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.

8.Availability and liability

We aim to keep our service available and accurate, but it may sometimes be interrupted (for example by WhatsApp, internet or hosting problems). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned. We are not responsible for services run by WhatsApp, Meta or payment providers.

9.Ending the service

You may stop using our service at any time. We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these Terms. You can ask us to delete your data as explained on our Data Deletion page.

10.Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the new version will be published on this page with a new date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and courts in Faisalabad, Punjab have jurisdiction.
